Synopsis:

My last memory is of the accident.
The rancid smell of gasoline and the silence…the deafening silence.
Then there was only darkness…and him.
I am his captive.
His broken doll.
There is no escape.
No hope.
No one is coming to save me.

Broken Doll – Review

I did not see this book coming!

This book was recommended to me in one of the dark-ish groups I’m in on Facebook. I can’t even remember which one, but I kept seeing it all over. I finally had to dive in and see what it was all about.

Oh boy, I was not disappointed.

Broken Doll is a tale that takes weird turns, disturbing scenes, and is totally fucked up. Everything about this read was so unexpected! I wasn’t sure of what I was getting myself into. Once I slowly figured it out, I was in for the ride.

Blake takes the reader on a thrill ride, forcing you to believe something outside of the box, and quickly becomes a story you cannot put down!

*A month after writing the review…: I’m just now getting around to posting it on the blog. And OMG. There’s a second book, making it a series!!! I am getting right on that! I hope it’s as good as the first one! Broken Doll really blew my mind.
