Hello and Welcome

Hello and Welcome to the world of Reads and Treats! My name is Kendra and you can find out all about me on the About page. With that being said, I am excited to get my first-time blog started!

I am an avid reader, writer, baker and a Pinterest pinner. Those four things, along with my fantastic son, will fuel this blog. I will post book reviews and occasionally show you what is on my currently reading list. You can also find that, as well as my to-be-read list, here. Yes, I will tell you right off the bat that I love romance and most erotica books. Thrillers, YA, and others are on the list as well. Woah, just looked at my TBR and there are over 1000 books!

Sometimes I will post what I’m writing; prompts, short story ideas, poetry. Hopefully, in the near future, I’m going to get my writing station all set up. That will also help with my studies since I am studying to receive my BA in English.

Being a baker and a Pinterest pinner almost goes hand-in-hand. I could be one without the other, but where is the fun in that? Here on Reads and Treats, you will also see the baker side in me and with that, comes Pinterest wins and fails! Who doesn’t love to see a good fail every now and then?

If all this seems interesting, feel free to stick around! I welcome you with open arms! If you feel iffy, I’d love to have you anyway! Hope to talk to you all soon!

Again, hello and welcome everyone!
