Benny loves his pretty little dolls.
As long as they do exactly as they’re told.
He keeps them perfect by brushing their hair
and gives them pretty dresses to wear.
He likes to toy with them late at night.
One so timid but the other likes to fight.
When his favorite doll runs away…
despite the other doll promising to stay,
his heart becomes broken and he can’t help but cry.
He wants her back home or his pretty little doll must die.

Have you ever had to make a decision that haunts you every single day for the rest of your life…the life you stole back?
I have.
I ran for my survival, rocks and twigs cutting into the soles of my feet, my lungs burning and screaming for rest, every muscle tensed and fighting along with me for existence.
I left her.
I ran, ran, ran—from Benny and his lone, pretty little doll—until I couldn’t remember where to find them again.
I’m sorry.

HOLY SHIT GUYS. This book is dark. Dark and twisted. Dark and fucked up. Dark and sick. Dark and thrilling. I think you get the picture. (Think along the lines of my review for Too Late by Colleen Hoover.)

The blurb alone would make anyone pick up the book. Well, anyone who enjoys dark novels. Once I started it, I could not put it down. It was the best book I could have chosen to read first for my new Kindle.

I haven’t read a book by Ker Dukey or K Webster. But you bet your ass I will read more by both of them!

The writing in this book was out-fucking-standing. Both writing styles meshed into one, and it was impossible to find out who was writing which part. I have never felt that before about a duel author-ship.

Benny is the perfect villain. You love to hate him.

Jade is the perfect victim, and you have no choice but to sympathize with her. Except she no longer becomes the victim. She becomes this fierce force of nature. No one is going to stop her.

It took me a while to write this review after reading the book. I immediately picked up the sequel, Pretty Lost Dolls (click for my review). At the end of the sequel, I literally had no words.

Pretty Stolen Dolls is a book that will destroy your soul, in the best way possible. It’s sadistic. It’s pure evil. It’s pure genius. I loved every horrible minute of this book.
