I had the perfect playboy lifestyle others could only dream
Well, up until my father gave me an ultimatum. Either become an intern or my trust fund and penthouse would be revoked.
Enter Alexa Gold, my new boss.
The woman is the devil in disguise dressed in designer. She hates me with a passion, determined to make my work life hell. Every part of me despises her.
So why am I so drawn to her? I should fight against this attraction. To resist the one thing I can’t have.
But I’ve never been one to listen to good advice.
And you know what they say.
Some rules are meant to be broken.

The Intern – Review

Oh my…

What a book this was! I enjoyed it from start to finish. I was hooked on this steamy tale of the intern.

Carter is the typical playboy you can see anywhere, but I felt him come alive in the pages (not to mention the sheets *wink, wink*). I enjoyed reading through his POV because I already read from the girl’s POV. It was refreshing to see what went on in his mind.

Alexa runs a tight ship and doesn’t take shit from anyone. I absolutely loved that about her. She is my kind of gal, and she is great at her job!

Both of these characters together created some steamy lines and smoking hot chemistry. I flew through this book and couldn’t help but want more.

Y’all know I am a huge fan of duel POV. I would have loved to see something from Alexa. I think that would have made it over-the-top perfect.
