  1. I too read some of the Junie B. Jones books. I also read Cam Jensen mystery books so I guess I’m thankful for those. It’s funny because I can’t seem to remember a lot of books I read when I was younger, but I know I read a lot. Perhaps I should count the Harry Potter books though I wasn’t that young, maybe eleven or so…I don’t know.

Me too! I actually had to ask my mom for help on this one. I couldn’t remember some of the ones I had read. And Harry Potter definitely counts! I think, maybe a kid classifies under the age of 13? 😉 So you’re safe!

  2. Avatar Lady Reader says:

I definitely remember the Ramona books and my daughter would read the Goosebumps books when she was young even though they frightened her terribly! *Note She only would read them with her dad or grandparents as she knew I wouldn’t let her because of the nightmares. Even though she would be frightened and need to sleep with me for a week, she never did stop!

Great selection of books you’ve listed! You can check out the post on my blog here —>

I definitely got scared easily by Goosebumps as a kid too. But it didn’t stop me from reading them! I would just sleep with a light on afterward. 😉

I haven’t heard of some of the authors on your list. I will have to check them out!

  3. Nice TTT! I remember reading Nancy Drew too and I still do! 🙂

  4. My first book I read was Junie B Jones. I love that series. I’ve read Ramona books countless times. What a great Top Ten Tuesday 😀

  5. Holy throwback! I looooved the Goosebumps books (and I’m super siked about the Goosebumps movie coming out) and Junie B. Jones books. I honestly still love Junie B. Jones. My goal is to one day own and read all of those books.

    This list is absolutely precious!

Check out the books I’m thankful for!

    1. Kendra Kendra says:

Oh that would be awesome! I can’t remember which books I’ve read in either series, but that would be amazing. To have every book in both series, and have the ability to read them all! New wish! 😉

  6. The Boxcar Children were a source of so many book reports waaaaay back. Ah, the nostalgia!

    Joey via. thoughts and afterthoughts.

Hehe, you have to love those Goosebumps books!

I went for something a little different… My TTT
