Top Ten Tuesday {4}

It’s time for a Top Ten Tuesday post, a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and The Bookish!

Top Ten Of My Auto-Buy Authors

  1. Sarah Dessen — Of course! No need for an explanation on this one!
  2. Ellen Hopkins — Every single book!
  3. Catherine Anderson — I don’t have many of her books, but whenever I see one at a secondhand store, I buy it.
  4. J.L. Beck — Haven’t read any of them, but I own most of the books.
  5. Jude Deveraux — I own all of her Edilean series, Nantucket Bride series, and Forever series.
  6. Barbara Freethy — Love most of her books!
  7. Portia Moore — Four and counting.
  8. Toshia Slade — Only two out so far. But when more comes out, I will snatch them up!
  9. Addison Moore — Certain series of hers.
  10. James Patterson — Again, certain series. I have all the Women’s Murder Club except for 1, and I want all the Alex Cross books.

Do we share any auto-buy authors?
What are some of yours?

  1. I’ve seen Dessen on a bunch of lists, so far only read one book by her. I think I’ll fix that.

Oooh! You won’t regret it. She’s awesome! 🙂

  2. I’ve never read an Ellen Hopkins novel before but I feel like that’s something I need to change.
Also – no explanation necessary for Sarah Dessen. Her books are lovely! Great list Kendra 🙂

    1. Kendra Kendra says:

Crank by Ellen Hopkins is her most popular and is loosely based on a true story about her daughter. Going from last comment, if you want a YA book that deals with hardcore issues, this would be the one, as well as many others. 😉 Ellen always writes about tough situations and never disappoints.
